What membership means in a FairGarden deployment, and the profile members choose to share with the community.

Who a person is — their email, name, phone, addresses — belongs to the id service. Members signs in with it like any other service, keeps only what the person agreed to share, and adds what is its own: whether they are a member, since when, in what roles, and what they call themselves here. Who may join is the organization's policy's to say. Other services get a membership through the id service, as the membership scope, when the member says so.
